May

Week 1
As the final month of my first year as an Ib student arrived I collected a sunstantial number of CAS hours. Due to a really harsh deadline schedule in May I decided not to start any new projects this month in order no to get overloaded. So, I just kept doing what I used to do: gym workouts, muay-thai trainings and Russian lessons to my girlfriend. This week we did another lesson on which we were mainly speaking as in my opinion speaking is the weakest point of our classes. She managed surprisingly well once again reassuring me that our lessons are not in vain.
Week 2
This weekm we did our last Russian lesson on which we went out to restaurant (it coincided with our anniversary :D). I also had my last kickboxing tournament this week. My fight ended with a draw which I consider as a great result regarding the experience of the opponent. This week I also visited gym twice. There I was mainly doing cardio trainings under the supervision of my coach. Supposedly this will be the last week until next September when I am officially obtaining the Activity hours from the gym because the coach is going to the vocation.
Week 3
On eof the busiest weeks in my life so far, never had so many deadlines in a single week. Still manged to continue with my CAS, mainly with the Activity part. On Tuesday I have been to the kickboxing training. There we  mainly concentrated on a physical aspect of our sport. I have also visited the Physician Center (supposedly for the last time) where I was helping the personnel to sort the patients' medical cards.

Summary: 10 hours of Activity, 4 hours of Service.


April

Week 1
On the first week of April I got sick and hence did not manage to do as much CAS hours as I wanted. Nevertheles I still managed to have an hour of service. I went to the Physiscians' center(pictured) on tuesday and in order to keep things sterile I was wearing a mask on my face. The center had a plenty of patients this week (due to unfloding epidemia in Estonia this time of the year) and thus there were many things that I could help them with. Mainly I sorted out the letters and the patients´ medical cards.
Week 2
This week I mainly did my activity hours which I did not manage to do becaue of falling sick last week. In the gym my coach provided me with the new programme, the main purpose ogf which is to get cut - lose body fat. Hence my gym workouts were very intense and required a lot more energy than the average workouts aimed at building muscle. By the end of the week I lost 2 kg which I think is a great result.
Week 3
This week there was quite a large-scale event at our school. We had guests from Russia(pictured) who arrived in tallin in terms of the project called "train of friendship" which is a collaborative effort between Tallinn and Moscow students. I went to Moscow myslef last year and this year we embraced our guests from Moscow. Firstly I presented our school to our guests (as it is hard to find Russian speakers in the school with Estonian as an official language) and secondly was helping in organizing the concert to our guests. Mainly I took care of the music part.

March

 Week 1
This week I went to see "Three Musketeers" at the Russian theatre as a part of the Russian lessons given by me to my girlfriend. We both liked the performance however she could not understand all  the dialogues so I synchronously translated to her some parts of the performance. I have also got my usual 4 hours of activity by doing 2 gym workouts and 2 muay-thai trainings.
Week 2 
The most interesting event in terms of CAS this week was the muay-thai training on Wednesday. Our club was visited by a locally famous boxing school "Dvigatel´ boxing". Together we did many technique exercises both in pairs and on the punching bags. This week I also visited the physician center to help them with the cleaning.
Week 3
This week I was helping to organize the Book Fair at Tallinn Central Library. My service there included advertising  of different books (those that I have read mainly), helping in carrying the books downstairs and also helping in cleaning up after the event. This week I also did my usual 4 trainings.

Summary: 12 hours of Activity, 3 hours of Service, 3 hours of Creativity
